Sleepy Nods for Fuddy Duddly

It's my favorite time of the month again, Kim B's Color Challenge over at Digital Scrap Obsession. I love making these little mini kits, there so much fun. I went a little on the darker side with the colors this month. As soon as I seen Jen's new CU Sheep, I wanted to play with them and this is what came out :-) Be sure to stop by this post to see and snag more awesome goodies to match.

Look at this cute tag and tutorial by Maggie using my Rainy Day Funk Mini from Kim's April Color Challenge. Isn't this just too cool!! I love the animation. Thanks so much for sharing it with us and using one of my kits for your fun fun tutorials Maggie :) I peeked and I might have to go play a bit LOL!!

Ok...I have to show off my new little "Duddly". He came to us a country pup, having happily spent his days chasing hens and baby ducks. But sadly, he's frazzled the hens so badly they've quit laying. So, little Duddly is now our city pup of leisure. Look's like he's adapted ;)I finally got to play with Kim's new kit "Moody Days". A fun fun kit. I started playing with it and for some reason I started thinking of paintings and I got all "retro" LOL!! Must be the cool grungy elements and papers :-) Here's what I ended up with. Here's a little peak at everything else in "Moody Days" to play with. I love the ripped paper leaves and the "grungy earthy feel" of the whole kit.
Here is my layout made into a Quick Page for ya'll.

thank you for this nice mini kit , but if I can say something : colors are indeed very dark ( papers + elements ) why ?? and between those ' hills ' ( who are in high demand right now ) there are no little roads shading away in perspective ( see amazing kits from Czech republic & Russia ). Maybe you can put some add on with more elements , roads , trees , little houses ... just a suggestion :-) Thanks !

Cute kit, ignore 'anonymous', it's perfect for the color challenge. One suggestion would be ok; however, that comment seems only critical and hiding behind no name. Keep up the good work.

Has Duddly dog adapted? Um, let's think about that for a sec. I reckon he thinks he's found heaven, lol!
Thanks so much for your cute kit. The little sheep is cute.
I'm at a loss to make any sense of the first comment - well, apart from the thank you. Maybe it's a language thing: "Midnight Charms", little lamp lights, moon, stars - clues perhaps? And roads & houses? Looks like rolling country fields to me. Not sure why anyone would want roads & houses on them there hills! For me, this doesn't need anything extra.

And pffft to Anon #1! Dark=Night and artistic license. Obviously the little roads are deep into the mountains and can't be seen! LOL!

I LOVE your kit just as it is. I LOVE bright colors and your elements are wonderful as is your QP.

I can't believe someone that came to snatch a free kit had the nerve to critique you. UGH! LOL

PLEASE don't listen to her and keep up the good work.
